Flea Markets

The River Cities Humane Society for Cats maintains booths at three flea markets in the Monroe / West Monroe area. The booth space is graciously donated by shop owners in an effort to promote animal welfare in our community. Booths are stocked with gently used items donated by the public. Please consider helping by shopping one of our booths or by donating items to be sold. Sale-able items include home decor, glassware, vintage items, pottery, holiday items, and collectibles. Tax receipts are available upon request. Items may be dropped off at the shelter during regular business hours.

We are continuing to collect items for our next garage sale as well as items to restock our three flea market booths. If you have gently used items that you would like to donate, please bring the to the shelter during regular business hours (Tuesday – Saturday, noon-6:00) or call 343-3031 to arrange for pickup. Tax receipts are available upon request.

Items that we can use are home decor, glassware, dishes, cookware, vintage items, collectibles, holiday items, artwork and pictures, small furniture and lamps, and electronics that work.

We are not able to use broken items, electronics that don’t work, items with missing pieces, clothes, ceiling fans, old TV’s, exercise equipment, or large furniture.

Due to Covid-19 precautions, we plan to have our next garage sale in the spring of 2021.
